Use desktop Chrome or Edge (Web Serial isn't supported on Firefox, Safari, or mobile).
Connect the device over USB-C.
Click Install, pick the serial port, and confirm.
T-Deck: if the browser can't connect, force download mode — hold the
trackball center-click, tap RESET, then release — and click Install again.
Tap RESET once more after flashing to boot.

On a fresh device, accept the erase prompt for a clean install — this wipes
stored config and BLE pairings, and the device boots into the "Argus Setup" onboarding AP.
Re-flashing an already-configured unit without erasing keeps its config.
After flashing
Join the Argus Setup WiFi, open http://192.168.4.1, choose Mobile or Base.
